The theme for the meeting will be "Business Planning (Failing to plan is planning to fail)". You'll need to come along to discover exactly what we mean. But what I can tell you is that by the end of the session you will have a good understanding of the main "bites" of a business plan. It will also help you start to develop your own plan, and if you need it to, it could motivate you to put some spark back into your business and your life.
