In association with Wright Hassall LLP Solicitors, Burgis & Bullock, Chartered Accountants and Business Advisers are hosting three free workshops for charity trustees, following the success of the firms’ pilot workshop in June 2007.

The free workshops will be of interest to new and existing charity trustees, charity advisers and anyone who is considering involvement on a charitable board.  Speakers will include experts from both firms and they will be sharing their knowledge and expertise of the latest changes.

Commenting on the event, Sarah Flint, Senior Audit Associate at Burgis & Bullock said:  “The free workshops will provide an overview of the risks facing charities, including changes that are due to be introduced by Charity and Company Law reforms.  Additionally, we will be looking at topical issues such as trading and fundraising activities within a charity.”
